Student Resource Centre
The student resource centre has now been transferred and incorporated within the new CertBOIS student Support Centre which can be accessed at http://support.moustraining.uk.com
The new Support centre incorporates a wide range of new resources which we are making available to students over the coming weeks.
- Need some help? You can use this link to submit a query to your tutor or the administration team. If your tutor is unavailable, then it will be forwarded to another tutor for answering. You can track all your support requests and see the status of them at any time.
- Frequently asked questions will be incorporated into a developing
- Knowledgebase, from where you will be able get an answer even more quickly.
- A Downloads area will contain all of the files necessary fopr the course as well as the latest assignments and other utilities.
- A new Student Forum has been developed, where you can talk to your fellow students, exchange ideas and get further help. The new look forum has a number of new features and provides for better security.
- Tutorial Demonstrations – over the coming weeks we will be creating mini movies that will demonstrate many of the techniques explained in our tutorials, and all you to practice them whilst being guided step-by-step through the processes.
- The Office Skills Tests will allow you to test your knowledge of Microsoft Office using the specially designed online test area.
In order to use these facilities you will need to register at http://support.moustraining.uk.com and create your support account. Simply press the register button and complete the registration form. An email will be immediately sent to you, containing a validation link. Click on this link and your account will be validated, created, and you will be able to log in to the Support centre.
